Permission is given to use the resources of this Site only for the purposes of making enquiries, making a donation or placing an order for the purchase of TMF products. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content on this Site can only be made with the express permission of TMF. All other trademarks, brands and copyrights other than those belonging to TMF belong to their respective owners and are their property.

        9. No Guarantees:

        While this Privacy Policy states our standards for maintenance of Data and we will make efforts to meet them, we are not in a position to guarantee these standards. There may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data. As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Data.

        10. Refunds/Cancellations:

        You are eligible for refunds in case of transaction failure or bank remittance through your payment mode utilized for the transaction made. This includes any cancellation while making the transaction towards the donation. This is taken care of by the banking systems and automated through their respective gateways. The refund towards cancellation or any interrupted services will be processed in 5-7 working days from the respective banking partner.
